In addi­tion to research-derived assess­ment instru­ments, we also develop and pro­vide EI-centric learn­ing mate­ri­als that work hand-in-glove with our pos­i­tive assess­ment prod­ucts, train­ing sem­i­nars, and work­shops.  All are based on 35+ years of devel­op­ing person-centered mod­els to assist peo­ple in devel­op­ing skills in per­son­ally mean­ing­ful ways.
